Much better performance by the Phoenix last night beating Gold Coast 1-0

Now they have a great chance of making the top 4

Why the hell isn't the coach starting Bertos or is it all part of his master plan to save him for the playoffs

Guess in a clutch game with Bertos showing zero consistency all season, he would rather rely on a player who can perform when needed.

Glad I have you thinking a little, but that was stupid.

Surely you must be kidding me or thats one of the dumbest comments I've heard.

Bertos along with Ifill are the two best ball players in the team and Bertos is going to be vital to NZ team at the WC, class is always class idiot... a bit more thought might come in handy next time, heres a tip, think about it before you type it.

I've been watching this season and Bertos has been inconsistent. Was mentioned in last nights game also. But hey guess the commentators know less than you huh.

Yeah, hes been a bit out of form, but hes a class player, it won't take him long to find form again, but he can't do that on the bloody bench, if you want to talk about form over the last few weeks most of the team haven't been playing well... but going by the game last night they're starting to play better.

Because in the last 5-6 weeks Bertos had been flat and Caceras had been outplaying him and was a lot more dangerous. Expect Bertos to start on Friday as Caceras didn't play well last night.
